BevMo 5-Cent Sale: Redux

A while back, I wrote about the BevMo! 5-cent sale, and gave it rather low reviews. Full post here.  My take away:  even for reasonably priced, under-$20 wines, you’re better off gong to one of the many fine local stores in SF:  Bi-Rite (Mission), William Cross (Russian Hill/Polk Gulch), Arlequin (Hayes Valley), and K&L (SoMa) in particular are among my favorites.  All of these stores carry a good variety of wines, and you’ll fin a more interesting selection of under-$20 wines then you’d get at BevMo.

The same sale is on again from now through.  If you’ve had any luck finding good finds during the BevMo! sale, please let me know.
